5B. TreeOwn programme terms
- TreeOwn is the long-term ownership path for premium fruit trees such as mango, litchi, sapota, guava, and papaya.
- Plans are normally structured in 5-year blocks up to 30 years; papaya is available only up to 2 years and banana is currently not included in this programme.
- The owner participates in a fair-share fruiting model, where up to 60% of realised fruiting may be allocated for home delivery in raw or semi-ripe form.
